Data sorting is also a great way to access Royal Mail discounts regarding Business Mail. By sorting mail and ensuring that DPS, addresses and postcodes are all accurate, your Royal Mail postage fees can be significantly reduced. All data is mail-sorted and addresses the software sees as ‘un-sortable’ are corrected if possible. If not, they are removed and supplied upon request. Furthermore, Our technology ensures that all address lines are de-duped and parsed and that all data is properly cased for absolute accuracy and compliance.
