Planning for performance – get this right and everything falls into place

Preparing your mailer for postage is an art in its own right – an art that begins in the planning. From size and weight, to personalising content for each cell and making sure your mailings conform to Royal Mail guidelines, we use our experience to guide you through every step of the direct mail fulfilment process.

Equipped to deliver

Over the years, we have sent out almost everything you can imagine – from 10,000 catalogues to 2.7 million magazines. One time, we even mailed a large batch of cricket balls.

Whatever your mailer, you can be sure it will arrive safely – in the right place at the right moment. Alongside hand-finishing, we have high-capacity enclosing and addressing lines, along with high-speed camera matching. If you have a tight deadline, it’s good to know we keep extra space in our schedules – so your last-minute jobs can run smoothly too.

Sustainable direct mail

We lead the way with the use of bioplastics (100% compostable potato starch) as an eco-friendly alternative to LDPE poly-wrapping. Feedback from major clients is been very positive. We have recently moved from using Bioplast 300 to Bioplast 400. Bioplast 400 is clearer and qualifies for Royal Mail Mailmark discounts. This substantially reduces postage costs and it’s another option to consider in the planning stage of your direct mail campaign. Sustainability is key.

In addition to bioplastic wrap, we are now pleased to offer paper wrapping solutions thanks to our investment in a paer wrapping machine from Mailroom Machines Limited. More here.
